If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
Returns
For both domestic (Korea) and international orders, return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
If you received an incorrect or defective item, a return may be requested at any time.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
• For domestic orders (Korea):
Returns due to change of mind are subject to round-trip shipping costs (including the original shipping cost, even if free shipping was applied).
• For international orders:
Returns due to change of mind are subject to all shipping costs, including original and return shipping (round-trip shipping costs), even if complimentary shipping was applied to the order (e.g. orders over $150 USD).
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, LEBETO will cover the return shipping cost.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the order will be refunded excluding all shipping costs.
Store Credit Option
If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, LEBETO may provide a complimentary return shipping label depending on the destination.
Store credit is non-refundable and may be subject to an expiration period.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, including any complimentary shipping benefits applied at the time of purchase.
