At LEBETO, we are committed to providing a reliable and seamless delivery experience worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (Korea)

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge.

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (including the original shipping cost, even if free shipping was applied).

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, LEBETO will cover the shipping cost.

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

We offer complimentary international shipping on orders over $150 USD (approximately ₩220,000 KRW).

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but typically range between 5–15 business days.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Customs and Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the order will be refunded excluding all shipping costs.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Responsibility

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, LEBETO is not responsible for any loss, theft, or delays during transit.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier.

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, items within the same order may be shipped separately.

No additional shipping charges will be applied in such cases.

Return Shipping Adjustment

Even if complimentary shipping was applied, original shipping costs may be deducted in case of returns.
